Having worked hard to satisfy your clients, you want to be sure that the agent you refer them to in South Florida works just as hard and makes you look good.   My team and I have averaged 100 transactions per year for many years.  We have worked with countless out of town buyers from all over the world: Australia, Western and Eastern Europe, Canada, South America, and many states in the US.

Any agent can pull up listings in the MLS and show property.  Here are the 10 extra things we do to ensure that the expectations of your referrals will be exceeded:

Video Tours:  We will visit the properties that your out of towner is interested in, film the video and post it online.  Your buyer can see it and really get a feel for the property, much more than a few mls photos.  This eliminates multiple trips, and buyer can buy sight unseen.   4. Your referrals are the most important part of my business so I personally speak with each referral.  We have multiple full time buyer agents with different personality styles to better match with your buyer's style.  I am an active buyers agent working with several buyers a month, so if your buyer wants extra special attention, consider it done.  Either way, I will always review the contract and value.
  5. I have an REO department getting 10-15 listings per month directly from the banks, which means advance notice for your buyers before they hit the market.
  6. If you buyer is not ready yet we can put them on our custom weekly list of bank owned properties that hit the market the previous week, emailed to their inbox every Monday.
