We were looking for the perfect luxury waterfront residence in South Florida for several years. It was difficult to search since we lived in Canada, but Roman's connections with the banks allowed us to catch a bank owned waterfront residence with ocean access before the rest of the buyers. Roman posted a video tour online and we could immediately see how the residence looked as he was walking through it. We made the offer immediately and got it accepted for over 50% less than what some other residents in the community paid for the same size unit.
